Guided Breathwork
Once a month I will be running a Guided Breathwork where we will explore some different breathing exercises and will participate in a guided meditation. These sessions will not cover the science behind Functional Breathing but instead will let you calm down, focus, quieten a busy mind and help you switch off. If you would like to learn more about Functional, healthy breathing or have specific health issues then please either book a specific breathing session or send me a message if you would like to arrange a course.
